Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days if the product is damaged due to our handling. In this case, we will cover the return and delivery costs. 

If the product is not damaged and you still want to return it, you can do so within the same 7-day period. However, the customer is responsible for the return process and its cost (3-5 Jordanian Dinars).

In both cases, we will arrange the pickup of the product through a delivery company.
